Blueberry Smoothie

½ to 1 cup yogart
½ cup blueberries
½ to 1 banana
1 scoup of soy protein
½ cup milk or water
5 or 6 frozen whole strawberries (optional) or other fruit

Mix all in blender and enjoy.

Perfect breakfast or lite lunch.
