Blueberry Sauce for Pancakes and Waffles 1 1/c C. blueberries 3 T. honey ½ C. orange juice 1 T. cornstarch Combine blueberries, honey, and ¼ C. of the orange juice in medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Mix remaining orange juice and cornstarch in a small bowl and stir into blueberry mixture. Stir constantly until thickened. Serve warm.
